"files_note": "Stamped from the files themselves rather than authored: every row is the name, the byte count and the sha256 as they are on disk, and the per-file `role` sentence the older kits carry is deliberately absent rather than guessed — this manifest exists so the kit can be checked against its own bytes. Both documents are the exhibit's own, copied BYTE FOR BYTE from the long table's repository (PRIVACY-REGISTER.md and REDTEAM-RECEIPT-2026-09-16.md at master 4b5aa8e); no word of either was changed here, and each is the file the article names in its own sentences. THE LICENCE LINE IS THE HOUSE'S, applied at the release cut and measured rather than chosen: 30 of the 30 kits on this shelf that carry the key read `CC BY 4.0` (measured 2026-09-23 over all 33 kit manifests; the other three carry no key), and this one now reads it too. The `index.html` beside this file is generated from this same directory and prints this file's own sha256, so this manifest does not list it back — the two would chase each other's hashes forever.",
